[HELP] multimedia quality [HELP]


My name is Boris Hartenstein. I'm a student at
the Fachhochschule Wuerzburg, Germany.
Now I'm working on my dissertation to get the
informatics diploma.
I want to find out what quality in multimedia is
and how I can get it.

First I have to figure out the characteristics of
quality in multimedia software.

You can help me!

1.  Number the points in order of theire importance
    e.g. nr. 1 means: it's the most important feature.
         nr. 2 means: it's second important and so on
